The working language of the conference is English. The conference welcomes both paper and poster presentations by Ph.D. Students, scholars and professionals. Submit your proposal/abstract or full paper electronically via email attachment to staff@ia-institute.com.
Notification of Acceptance
Within 5 days of receiving your proposal/abstract or full paper, we will contact you for a notification of acceptance or rejection. If your paper is accepted, additional conference and registration-specific information will be included.
All accepted papers/abstracts are double-blind peer-reviewed and will be published in our online conference proceedings. (Unless otherwise requested)
Abstracts and full- length papers are publishes in our IAI editions: Book of abstracts: ISBN e-book and Book of Proceedings: ISSN e-book. You may find them in our Proceedings section on the following link: https://ia-institute.com/category/proceedings/. Besides that, a selection of most relevant papers will be considered for publication in a special Cambridge Scholars Publishing Edited Collection of selected papers originally presented at IAI Conference. You will have:
• Fast, fair and friendly proposal review
• Your work published in Edited Collection handsome hardback, as well as eBook formats.
• Promotion and distribution to libraries and scholars worldwide via the international network of booksellers including Amazon, Blackwell, Proquest, Ebsco, and Ingram.
Papers presented by our participants will be discoverable by the academic community worldwide, and be permanently indexed within the body of scholarly knowledge.
The review process for the journals is slower and more demanding in its standards. Although both the proceedings and journals are refereed, research that meets the refereed standards for the conference and the proceedings may not meet the refereed standards for the journals.
The location for our October 2019 conferences is Corvinus University, Budapest, Hungary.

Fees for The International Academic Institute 2019 Budapest Academic Conferences are as follows:
- 199 EUR per individual to attend the conference for payments on or before November 10, 2019.
- 255 EUR per individual to attend the conference for payments received after November 10, 2019.
- 99 EUR for Ph.D. Students and Virtual presentations (e-sessions)
- 80 EUR per additional paper if presenting more than one paper at the conference.
The conference registration fee includes: participation at the conference, 20-minute time slot to present one paper at the conference, a printed copy of the conference program, the proceedings online, and admission to all receptions, coffee breaks, etc.
All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend.
For the participants that cannot attend the conference, there is an opportunity for presentation of paper through an e-session. The fee of 99 EUR applies for the virtual presentations.
The registration fee also includes a complimentary standard journal review of your conference paper for up to six months from the date of the conference.
The conference registration fee must be prepaid.

- A full refund will be given for cancellations received before November 10, 2019.
- A 50 EUR administration fee is taken for cancellation
- No refund will be given for cancellations received after November 10, 2019.
Abstracts: Maximum 300 word abstracts can be submitted by email to staff@ia-institute.com. Abstracts should be written in Word or RTF formats, font Times New Roman size 12, following this order: author(s), affiliation, email address, title of abstract, body of abstract, 5-7 key words. A short biography (up to 100 words) is also required.
For full papers to appear in our conference proceedings, your manuscript should be saved as a Microsoft Word-compatible file. Each paper should include and abstract and 5 Key words in English. The abstract should be one paragraph, up to 300 words, which summaries the purpose, methods, results and conclusions of the paper.
Maximum length of papers: 5000 words, all tables, figures, and appendices included; line spacing should be set at 1.5. Page Setup: Top – 26 mm; Bottom – 20 mm; Left – 20 mm; Right – 20 mm; Paper Size – A4.
Title: Font: Times New Roman; Size: 14 pt; Font style: Bold; Alignment: Centred; Effects: Capital letters; (Followed by a blank line).
Academic degree, name and surname of the author (or co-authors): Font: Times New Roman; Size: 13 pt; Font style: Bold & Italic; Alignment: Centred.
Higher Education Institution/Organisation: Font: Times New Roman; Size: 13 pt; Font style: Bold & Italic, Alignment: Centered; (Followed by a blank line).
Main text of the paper: Font: Times New Roman; Size: 12 pt; First line: 12 mm; Alignment: Justified; Spacing: 1.5 lines.
Chapter titles in the main text: Font: Times New Roman; Size: 12 pt; Font style: Bold; Alignment: Centred, (No blank lines left before or after the title)
Tables, graphs, and figures: Centered; numbered with Arabic numerals. The names of tables, graphs, and figures should be centered and positioned above tables and below graphs or figures.
References and citations: Please apply the Chicago Manual of Style guidelines.
6. E-Presentation (Virtual Presentation)
If you cannot attend our conference but still wish to have your paper presented, we offer an E-session for your convenience. Your paper will be presented electronically for viewing and discussion using Microsoft PowerPoint with narration (voice-over) or recorded video. The virtual presentation should be sent via www.wetransfer.com five days prior to the date of the Conference.
However, you are still required to submit a proposal/abstract or full paper and one author has to pay the registration fee.
You are also invited to attend the conference, even if you choose not to present a paper.
Your Presentation
Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive.
Each presentation room will be equipped with a laptop and data projector for PowerPoint presentations.

Budapest 2019 Conference Proceedings will be available on our website two months after the Conference.
