Notification of Acceptance
Within 5 days of receiving your proposal/abstract or full paper, we will contact you for a notification of acceptance or rejection. If your paper is accepted, additional conference and registration-specific information will be included.
All accepted papers/abstracts are double-blind peer-reviewed and will be published in our online conference proceedings. (Unless otherwise requested)
Selected papers will be published in the IAI International Academic Journal.
Abstracts and full- length papers are published in our IAI editions: Book of abstracts: ISBN e-book and Book of Proceedings: ISSN e-book. You may find them in our Proceedings section on the following link: https://ia-institute.com/category/proceedings/.
A selection of the best quality papers will be published in the IAI Journal. More details will follow in the Journal section on our web page.
The location for our September 2023 conference is Vienna University. You may opt for in-person or online participation.

Fees for the International Academic Institute 2023 Vienna Academic Conference are as follows:
- 249 EUR per individual to attend the conference for payments on or before August 25, 2023.
- 295 EUR per individual to attend the conference for payments received after August 25, 2023.
- 99 EUR for Ph.D. Students and Virtual presentations (e-sessions)
- 80 EUR per additional paper if presenting more than one paper at the conference.
The conference registration fee includes: participation at the conference, 20-minute time slot to present one paper at the conference, a printed copy of the conference program, the proceedings online, and admission to all receptions, coffee breaks, etc.
All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend.
For the participants that cannot attend the conference, there is an opportunity for presentation of paper through an e-session. The fee of 99 EUR applies for the virtual presentations.
The registration fee also includes a complimentary standard journal review of your conference paper for up to six months from the date of the conference.
The conference registration fee must be prepaid.

- A 20 EUR administration fee is taken for cancellation

6. E-Presentation (Virtual Presentation)
The conference offers the opportunity for online presentation using www.zoom.us. The participants will receive more details about the online presentation upon their registration.
The participants that can’t attend the event online may send us their papers in advance for viewing and discussion using Microsoft PowerPoint with narration (voice-over) or recorded video. In this case, the virtual presentation should be sent via www.wetransfer.com five days prior to the date of the Conference.
Your Presentation
Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive.
Each presentation room will be equipped with a laptop and data projector for PowerPoint presentations.
